Each week contains FOUR workout splits: upper, lower, core and hiit. These are designed with busy women in mind! We don't all have the same 24 hours in a day, these are effective routines that have you in & out (home or gym) using minimal equipment.

I focused on so much more than just moving a weight from A to B when creating this program. This is FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, to yield not only dramatic results in strength and physique but to maximize long-term health and wellness! We are performing movement patterns that have a direct carryover into your daily life. It doesn’t matter where you start, or what you can currently do: what matters is that you work with what you have in order to develop and master functional movement patterns with success. If for some reason you are unable to perform the exercises, I have given you; I recommend doing an alternative exercise as provided.
