Programming that fits into your life & gets you the results you are after! In this 6-week CHALLENGE, let’s not just exercise… but train! Forget “toning” and think of sculpting and shaping your body!

Components of the program

This is total body programming. Rest times are kept short, we want to be in & out… get more results in less time. 3 non-consecutive days per week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are ideal. These days are not set in stone, you make it work for your schedule just be sure to have at least one day off between your strength training sessions.

The first circuit is our resistance training portion. Getting stronger not only improves your muscle mass and helps posture, but it also helps with daily functioning while increasing your metabolism (fat loss, baby!)

Power. Next, we move into a power circuit. These movements will help you stay alert, and quick & well, increase your power!

Metabolic circuit. Time to rev up the metabolism in a way that is more effective (and fun) than straight-up cardio while still challenging the muscles.

Bonuses. I’ve added some bonus routines! These are add-ons if you feel like doing them at times! They are short and considered “accessory” work as we are hitting total-body with our regular workouts… this is just a little extra to add if you wish & time allows!
