Total body combo-circuit training 3 days per week + Yoga-esque sculpting sessions 2 days per week + L.I.S.S. cardio 1 day each week as your active recovery day. They are 30-40 minute sessions (that's with the warm-up & a cooldown) and can be done anywhere, with little space and minimal equipment.
